The Power Academy was conceptualized to help students transition from college to the corporate world with in-depth knowledge of and expertise in the in-demand and quickly expanding Microsoft Power Platform skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Academic score throughout minimum 60%

  • No backlogs

  • Final year batch (2024)

  • Pass out batch (2023)

Hiring Process

  • General Aptitude Test

  • Technical/ Functional Test

  • GD Round

  • Final HR Round

  • There will be a Service Agreement of 3 years, including the 6 months training.

What do we offer?

  • Stipend: A stipend will be paid to the hired candidates for the tenure of 6 months of their on-the-job training/probation period. The stipend amount would INR 10,000 per month.

  • Salary: A salary will be offered to the candidates once they complete the on-the-job training with the required score. Post completion of the 6 months training, there will be an assessment. All candidates scoring 4.6 and above out of 5 in the assessment will be offered a fixed CTC of INR 4 Lacs per annum. Candidates scoring less than 4.6 will be offered salaries in range of INR 2.5 Lacs to 3 lacs per annum.
